Heidi is a full time professional photographer, bulldog mom and wife. Loving anything outdoors, she loves to hike, bike and explore new adventures. Spending any time she can with family and friends she is a true people person. Heidi started her yoga journey in 2011 which led her to the 26 & 2 Original Hot Yoga teacher training in the fall of 2012. Since then she has done many hours of continuing eduction, clinics and seminars. Heidi has gone on to become a Reiki certified practitioner in 2014, certified instructor in the Barkan Method Of Hot Yoga, Children’s Yoga and Yin Yoga in 2018. She is a Yoga Alliance certified ERYT 500 and YACEP. Heidi began yoga to help herself feel better mentally and physically which has inspired her to share it with others. Creating a space where we can all experience this together has cultivated so much joy, she looks forward to the opportunity to meeting each and everyone of you.
