For me Yoga is a way of living. Yoga in my daily life leads me to my true inner self. Asanas, pranayama and meditation are part of my own daily practice.
Also in my classes I want to bring in the power of breath, mindfullness and meditation.
As I am also a physiotherapist, so the correct alignment and individual possibilities for each of my students are important to me.
I offer private Yoga, where we together find out what can be helpful. That can be medical Yoga, Hatha Yoga or Kundalini Yoga. Weekly I give a Kundalini Yoga Class of 90min.
