Nicky is a passionate, qualified fitness professional originally from the UK now living in Ontario, Canada.

My goal is to recruit, educate and break down barriers for anyone wanting to enter the fitness industry. I chose to work in the education division of the fitness industry as a PRO TRAINER educator at canfitpro to inspire and encourage both existing fitness professionals and newcomers to elevate their career in fitness.

I am also the Director of The Nock Academy, an online fitness company. We deliver online group training and education to both industry consumers and professionals. I am an active coach and tutor understanding the importance to stay active within the industry.

My extensive experience in group fitness and personal training management on a worldwide scale has allowed me to become an influencer in the industry paving the way for others to pioneer forward
