Massimiliano ”Max” Romano
Massimiliano served as a combat engineer in native Italy, before becoming a teacher of electronics and telecommunications technology. He moved to Canada where he earned a Master’s degree in Engineering at McGill University and worked as fellow researcher. He worked in the aviation industry in USA and in the European Union as expert in airworthiness and safety assessment of complex systems. In 2018 Max moved to the forest of the island of Hiiumaa in Estonia together with his wife Kadri to raise their three children.
Massimiliano has been teaching for five years in Italy, six years in Canada. He has been teaching yoga for eighteen years. Now he teaches English in Estonia. His way of teaching has developed throughout the different sciences and stages of his life. Massimiliano has realized the teacher is not the one that teaches anything. The teacher can’t possibly teach anything. The teacher can only inspire the little teacher within each student to teach him/herself. Massimiliano wants to inspire the students. So that the students want to learn, and when they want to learn, they do, they find the way. When the teacher inspires them, they will seek advice from the teacher, they will explore the unknown, they will experience and they will learn.
