Ashley K Price is a ERYT 200, YACEP, and certified personal trainer, body worker, and aquatics specialist. Offering a wide range of classes that appeal to all levels of practitioners from beginner to advanced, youth to seniors. One on one personal training and group classes are designed to encourage overall wellness and physical fitness. They include power yoga, vinyasa flow, restorative, stand up paddle board yoga, mommy and me, prenatal yoga, post natal fit, chair yoga, HIIT, dance, assisted stretch therapy, strength and conditioning, agility training, aquatic training, and energy healing work.
