Hello, I am Thomas, most of the time called Tom

I'm a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

I completed my 200h yoga teacher training in 2019 with Sabina Stahl and studied her 9 Chakra Yoga Sequence.

As a further education I attend the special Svastha Yoga Training whose first four of overall seven modules I've already successfully completed.

Ich bin registrierter Yoga Lehrer (RYT) der Yoga Alliance, welche den Abschluss einer Yogalehrer-Ausbildung bei einer registrierten Yoga Schule (RYS) bestätigt.

Meine 200 Stunden Yogalehrer-Ausbildung schloss ich 2019 bei Sabina Stahl ab und studierte ihre 9 Chakra Yoga Sequenz.

Als zusaetzliche Ausbildung besuche ich ein Svastha-Yoga-Training.
Die ersten vier von insgesammt sieben Modulen habe ich bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
