Danielle discovered yoga as a way to balance work and life. Having experienced the life changing benefits of yoga through her own practice, she now dedicates her time fully to teaching yoga. Danielle commenced her personal yoga journey over 20 years ago, and since, she has successfully completed her 200HR YTT certification and is now working toward her 300HR YTT certification. She has completed over 200+ additional continuing education hours of yoga teacher training in various styles of yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Chinese Medicine, Wheel, Aerial, and Hot Yoga). Over the years she has accrued over 500 yoga teaching hours.
In her classes, she aspires to help her students grow deeper connections to themselves for a more mindful and purposeful practice on and off the mat.
