Namaste! My name is Düden which is one of the waterfalls in Antalya, Turkiye. I currently live in Izmir which is another lovely city in Turkey near the seaside. I’ve been teaching yoga to children since 2016 and decided to become an instructor for adults in 2018. I became a Yoga Alliance 200 RYT in Etkin İnsan Gelişim Enstitüsü in İzmir Turkey (2019) and completed my 300 h education in Nalanda School of Bhakti Yoga, Bali, Endonesia (2019). I give private and online classes. My yoga classes are based on traditional Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Vinyasa flows including meditation and pranayama.
