I have been practicing yoga for 5 years already and I have recently completed my Yoga TTC on Madeira with fantastic Sundari Yoga School. My spiritual name is Vasanti - Shining Spring.
I am interested in Buddhism and hinduism history and tradition. My objective is to inspire and encourage for self -development through yoga practice. I practice yoga but if I have to describe my Asana style I would say Hatha Yoga. I would like to have in my group students of all ages and create a safe, comfortable environment for practicing and sharing!!! My future students will be my inspiration. See you on the mat!!
