My practice is a slow, mindful hatha practice incorporating group energy balancing and meditation. Accessible to all levels, classes also integrate strength building as well as deep body awareness and release. When we choose to show up each day on the mat, we are choosing to show up each day in our lives and actively participate. Developing a regular practice can help you feel a deeper sense of connection and meaning to your life and others. My intention is to infuse this process with beauty, laughter, peace and truth.
