I graduated in Political and Administrative Sciences (UCV) and later did an MBA at IESA and sone courses in Quality Management. I worked in the public and private sector for several years, however I wanted to change my profile and dedicate myself more to the area of physical, mental and spiritual health.
I started meditating at the Bodaishin Zen Center for a while, then at the Osho Oasis Center (for a longer period of time) and finally, at the Vipassana Meditation Center where I settled. It was from a retreat in this meditation that I began to seek yoga - initially as a physical practice - and to keep myself more stable in meditation.
I felt a great fascination and started training in different styles of yoga since then (Hatha Yoga Vidya, Rocket Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Power Yoga, Medicinal Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Tantra Kaula Yoga). While training in yoga I started studying Gestalt Psychotherapy and Chinese Medicine.
Finally, on a vacation from my usual job, I decided to quit and dedicate myself to all the new things I was doing. And I kept on training and integrating knowledge and techniques!
I started this path about 15 years ago. Today my life revolves around yoga, healing in general and teachers training. I work with my own style in everything, but I know that it does not belong to me, because very often "I am not there".
I like music, cooking, climbing, trekking (and outdoor sports in general). I love nature, especially water in nature (and if it's cold even better!!! hahaha).
P.S. I am a lucky husband and father of two beautiful children and a grateful to life and to every teacher, friend, professor, partner who has been in my life and led me to broaden my perspectives and feelings. Enough about me!!! hahaha!
