Dr. Yarisa Bonet is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Yarisa holds a doctorate in education and a master degree in mental health and rehabilitation counseling. She is also a certified holistic emotional intelligence and life coach. She has over a year experience teaching yoga. She teaches restorative and vinyasa flow yoga. Dr. Bonet is also expert developing and implementing corporate wellness programs and facilitating wellness seminars.
