Lindsay is a graduate of Pose by Pose Yoga in Lutz, Florida. She had been practicing hatha yoga for several years prior to teacher training. Yoga has helped her to reconnect and find balance to help meet the physical and emotional demands of everyday life. She likes to share her practice with others who feel a need to pause and reconnect, to relax and de-stress.
