Ferdz's yoga journey started in 2015 initially approaching the practice for its health benefits and weight loss. He
eventually came to enjoy the stringent practice of Ashtanga Yoga and the playfulness of Vinyasa Yoga. The influence of both discipline is evident in his classes. Structural but also dynamic and spontaneous. Energetic and challenging yet accessible to all levels of practitioners. Intiuitive to let students discover their "Aha" moments in practice.
To compliment his yang practice is Yin Yoga. An invitation for introspection through moments of stillness. Allowing students to learn more about the workings of their body, their mind and themselves.
Classes are often accompanied by progressive music to enhance the mood and set the pace of the practice.
