He was born & brought up in Rishikesh, learned yoga in Rishikesh with many great masters, he is a well-experienced teacher with good practical knowledge. He has done YTT, Masters and PG Diploma in yoga. He has gone through a regular Yoga practice with various Yoga styles for several years. He has a wonderful sensory experience of teaching Yoga for more than five years and an intended Yoga Teacher Training in India with advanced training in Asana, Human Anatomy, Adjustments & Alignments, Art of teaching, Pranayama, Shatkarmas and Bandhas, Every class he filled with love, passion, and respect and he likes to push his students to enhance their observe over Yoga. His passion for teaching always inspires him to gain in-depth knowledge of his subject. His teaching is based on theory, discussion, and demonstration, using all tools or props and techniques.
