My name is Priyanka Prakash and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I believe to truly feel peace one must be brave to connect to their body and tap into their endless wisdom deep within. For me, yoga allows me to connect to my breath and ultimately to develop a connection to my body and spirit. It is from this stage, can I move deeper into meditation.
I've been a meditation instructor for 9 years now but it is when I started practicing yoga and then doing meditation did I discover how they both complement each other so perfectly.
I am a warm, loving and caring individual and I am blessed and privileged to now be a certified Yoga teacher. I hope to serve the community through my yoga practice and meditation. I am also very excited about my individual journey of self growth, strength and living as a true expression of the Being I am.
