After being raised in a paramilitary environment and working in emergency services for nearly two decades, Kyle is no stranger to hard work, discipline, pushing the limits to get results, and dealing with the stresses and trauma that come with it. Kyle found yoga as an outlet to manage the stresses of "the job" and living a regimented life. He fell in love with the practice and traveled to India to complete his first teacher training in Holistic Yoga Therapy. Since then, he has had a diverse blend of formal training and practical experiences to seamlessly weave traditional teachings with more modern approaches to yoga and meditation. Kyle is a Certified iRest® Teacher, an E-RYT, and has specialized training and experience in teaching trauma-informed yoga and meditation to special interest groups like the police and military. Kyle loves to share his knowledge in simple and accessible ways in private sessions, yoga studios, and in the corporate world. Don't let his tough exterior fool you, Kyle's kind, patient and a big fan of dad jokes and block rockin' beats. You are so welcome in his classes and workshops.
