Christina Leach is a Registered Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Further credentials include certification in Trauma-Informed Yoga taught by Lauren Finnerman at the Soul of Yoga Institute in Encinitas, CA, as well as certification to teach the Yoga Trapeze® and Gravity Yoga® taught by Lucas Rockwood at YogaBody International.
Christina is also a Yoga Therapist in Training with The Yoga Well Institue in Berkley, CA under the mentorship of Chase Bossart. She is also currently studying Ashtanga Yoga under David Andrew Miliotis (who is lineage authorized by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois) at Ashtanga Yoga Orange County, in Irvine, CA.
Christina is the founder of The Mind-Body Connection LLC in Upland, Ca which offers therapeutic Yoga.
