I earned RYT 200 in 2019, and RYT 300 with Yoga Alliance in 2021. I am also holding Ariel yoga teaching certification.
I have been teaching Meditation and several style of yoga in September 2019. My teaching approach is always connecting ancient philosophy into posture and movement. Because of my background growing in Japan and traveled many countries, I love to find asimilality between Hindu ancient philosophy to the other cultures.
I also love to teach eastern philosophy using very familiar example of modern western culture. I have offered several workshop by June 2022; "Beyond Asana "-learning 8 limbs of yoga from Yoga Sutra-. "Asana inside out", using several different props to understand familiar Poses.
I can deliver my class in both English and Japanese.
