I'm an experienced RYT500 instructor with trauma-informed training who provides a safe space for the working community to explore self-awareness, self-care, and resiliency through embodied choice in movement + breath.
My intent is to help folks navigate the effects of secondary trauma accumulated from their career path. It's time to reconnect and give back to ourselves.
Prior teaching opportunities both in and out of the studio space have led me to offer engaging yoga and meditation classes that include basic hatha, vinyasa, beginners, hot hatha, yin, and restorative yoga.
