Claudia is been practicing on and off yoga since she was 14yrs old.  She toke her 1st Teacher training in NYC in 2006. just to deepening her practice,  she has a holistic career and reiki master. It was till earlier this year that she decided to take another certification but this time was to go all the way and finally share the love and passion she has for yoga and it’s philosophy with her students.  She is teaching now in the oldest yoga studio in Miami Beach, Synergy Yoga and also at one of the most known fitness center in south beach, Crunch.
