My personal Yoga practice has been guiding me for years. It has contributed immensely towards making my life healthier, more beautiful and richer in perspectives. That is what I want to continue bringing into the world since my YTT in Bali in 2017 by teaching others who are searching for peace and looking to find strength.
The Yoga classes are designed holistically, so that everyone will be able to find what feels good and right for him or herself: fresh energy through pranayama, strength for everyday life through asana and more focus as well as calm through meditation. The most important things to me are a general openness towards new experiences and finally joy in doing what you love!
