Stéphanie first discovered the world of yoga at a turning point in her life in 2011 while living in Labrador, NL., Canada. After coming across the tip of the iceberg she was drawn into the yogic philosophy and pursued the boundless exploration of the yogic paths.

Throughout the years, Stéphanie explored different yoga practices, meeting and sharing with inspiring practitioners around the country and wherever she was travelling internationally. The opportunity to experience the sacred town of Rishikesh, the Himalayas, and Mother Ganga, really humbled Stéphanie and inspired her to take it to the next level. She had the opportunity to deepen her knowledge of Ayurveda while in Rishikesh, and she completed her 200 Hr yoga teacher training in 2019 while living in the small mountain town of Fernie, BC, Canada.

She was previously initiated in her family tradition of Reiki and energy healing which she weaves into her practice and teachings. Stéphanie’s scientific background combined with her love for yoga and self-discovery really inspires her to create a grounded, balanced and holistic practice available for all.
