Angelina Fox, ERYT500, YACEP, and Ayurveda Health Counselor offers flow classes focused on moving with the breath, working flexibility, strength, and balance and offering space for all students to work with their edge. Angelina is also an Ayurveda Health Counselor and Ayurveda Yoga Teacher offering private consultations, private yoga sessions, online cooking classes, Ayurvedic cleanses, and lifestyle and diet coaching.
With a dedicated passion for both yoga and Ayurveda, Angelina also offers continuing education for yoga teachers ranging from posture clinics to philosophy, as well as mentoring for teachers looking for inspiration, help with business needs, and general growth as a teacher. Angelina offers modules for Yoga Teacher Trainings including advanced asana, language of yoga and cueing, restorative yoga, Ayurveda, and Sanskrit.
Angelina began practicing yoga in 2005. Over time, the desire to learn more about the philosophy of yoga took hold, and she began her path as a teacher. With her 200 Hour training form Samadhi Center for Yoga and Meditation in 2010, and 500 Hour Ayurveda Yoga training from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2018, Angelina has done numerous trainings including Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, Rocket Yoga, aerial yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and Reiki. Angelina has also completed her 650 Hour Ayurvedic Health Counselor Program at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2019. Angelina's classes are informed by Ayurveda to adjust to the day, season, and energy of the class through creative sequencing influenced by vinyasa, Ashtanga, Rocket, power, Forrest, Dharma, yin, and restorative.
In addition, Angelina is one of the lead teacher trainers for the 200 Hour Flow Yoga Teacher Training at Radiance Yoga in Alexandria, VA.
