Vani Wadhwa is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Vani is a certified in Hatha and Restorative yoga and her journey with yoga started back in India at the age of 6. Since then this practice has been a major part of her life. She finds yoga to be her go to practice for finding instant happiness, balance and harmony in life.  She believes yoga offers her a her a way to embody freedom in true sense and live as an Empowered Empath.  Yoga and meditation played a major role in her own journey from negative spirals, sports injuries and head injuries. This is what led her to the path of teaching yoga. She enjoys practicing different styles of yoga since every style has a quality of its own and comes with its unique set of benefits. She loves to incorporate philosophical and meditative elements to her yoga sessions and customizes them to your specific needs.
