Sharon Rozeboom is an E-RYT, 500 YACEP. She is an Ashtanga based practitioner since 2011 and became a Yoga teacher in 2018.
Sharon believes that “Yoga is an act of Kindness and Love first to yourself, then to others, to God, to Nature and to the Universe.” The depth of Yoga created a great impact in Sharon’s personal life and physical health. Teaching yoga is her way of giving back to all the blessings she receives from the higher Being.
Sharon specialized her teachings to various types of Yoga practice.
1. The Traditional Ashtanga Yoga primary series both in Sanskrit and English since 2018 to present.
2. She diversified her teachings and opened to a Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Bali Ubud inspired.
3. She teaches Wheel Yoga class where it focuses on unlocking the 7 Chakras. It’s a moving meditation practice using a wheel props which helps find strength & balance of the Mind & Body.
Sharon’s goals and purposes are to continue teaching yoga from the heart and encourages everyone to be a natural vessel in promoting best health for everyone.
With her Nursing background, she practices a therapeutic approach towards Health and Wellness that enables to bring people together to experience oneness of positivity, peace & harmony.
Sharon is a Registered Nurse, a Yoga community teacher, Yoga event organizer, owner of Rozeboom Shala, a Yoga Anatomy teacher at Yoga Philippines School, a Wife and a Mother of two children.
