Every individual already possesses a beautiful and unique practice and my job as an instructor is to help it grow. Using the power of breath to influence movement, your yoga practice will tune you into the present moment. From the study of many different styles and lineages of yoga practices, I like to use a little bit of everything I've learned in my classes. Aiming to focus the mind, feel the body, and feed the soul. I specialize in creative and uplifting vinyasa, as well as the deeply relaxing and beneficial restorative yoga. I love all things yoga, it is so much more than putting your body into a shape, more than using your body in general.. it is your mind, your breath, your soul.
