I'm Hanna, certified by Yoga Alliance (200hrs), passionate about yoga and based in Brussels where I share my passion for Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra, following training in India and Thailand. At the same time, I've been boxing for 8 years, a vital balance that I've never let go of.
So, in 2019, I founded "Fluxion3000: yoga - art - combat" with the vision of fusing these two practices. My approach to yoga aims to decondition our bodies, freeing us from injunctions and encouraging us to meet ourselves in order to assert ourselves. A warrior's quest to reclaim our territories, define our boundaries and rediscover our inner power.
Finally, with 10 years' experience in the artistic field, I approach these practices in a poetic and creative way. So join me for a colorful, authentic and special yoga session in Brussels.
And finally, one thing led to another and on February 14, 2024 I opened a studio in the center of Brussels.
