Brooke completed her 200YTT in Dorje Yoga through Yogis on Fire and has since dedicated hundreds of additional hours toward furthering her training, including a 100 hour Trauma Informed Practice training. She began teaching in June of 2018 and offers a variety of community classes, private classes, and workshops. Brooke's love for teaching yoga stems from the empowerment it offers practitioners, as is summed up by her yoga class motto: "Your best self, embodied."
