Shelby Enman is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is passionate about the use of trauma-informed yoga practice in dismantling systems of oppression and working with survivors of domestic violence. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and is pursuing a law degree.
