Certified instructor EYRT 200 and RYT500 by the Yoga Alliance, Lila is a energetic coach, nutritionist, lecturer, speaker and holistic themes coach related to nutrition, meditation, yoga practice, Master Reiki, Akashic Records, and spiritual connection. Lila began her way through practice in Colombia where she completed 2 Teacher Trainings in Vinyasa Yoga. Her third Teacher Training was in Koh Phangan, Thailand, with teachers disciples of Osho, B.K.S Iyengar and Pattabhi Jois. Lila has completed courses, certifications and workshops in Colombia, Thailand, Estonia, and Spain.
