Alana Neptune is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, she trained and studied at Aayaa Yoga Academy, a Registered Yoga School (RYS),  in Rishikesh, India. Alana has practiced yoga for over 12 years, and is certified and experienced in teaching multiple styles of yoga. Alana specializes in children's mindfulness and social-emotional learning. She is passionate about equipping young people with a yoga practice to navigate lifes challenges.
