Hi, I'm Tiana, an ever-curious, passionate, and devoted student and teacher of yoga. I offer explorative movement practices woven with music, poetry, chanting and storytelling, to inspire both playful and profound connection and expression.
I am a graduate of White Peacock Yoga School’s 300-hour Bhakti Academy and Yandara Yoga Institute’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and an ongoing student of yoga philosophy. I love to learn and am constantly following trails of inspiration. I am a certified dance, drama, and language teacher, with a degree in Education from Queen's University in Canada. Ever-enchanted by the natural world, I love being immersed in nature and going on adventures! Since 2018, I have been travelling, learning, and teaching yoga in Costa Rica, India, Peru, Canary Islands, France, Morocco, Guadeloupe, and Canada.
I curate international yoga retreats (Dvāra Yoga) and have taught several 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings in the Peruvian Amazon Jungle. I am immensely grateful for all these experiences and to all my teachers for continuing to inspire and expand my practice, offerings, and life at large.
I can’t wait to practice and connect with you!
