Rumi is a certified Yoga Alliance USA teacher trainer, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, an Ayurveda Lifestyle counselor, and the founder of “Rumi Yoga & Wellness” (Pakistan’s only Yoga teacher training school) . He has been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2010. He is the only authorised Yoga Alliance teacher trainer in Pakistan.
He has been teaching as a yoga teacher trainer at Various international Yoga Schools, where he trained hundreds of international yoga students and teachers. He teaches public classes, private yoga sessions and offers workshops and yoga teacher training retreats in Pakistan and around the globe. He has worked with prestigious yoga institutions of Pakistan such as Limetree Yoga, Ranai Wellness Club etc. His core skills include yoga immersions, meditation, moderate and advanced Vinyasa, Classical Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. He has made commendable and noteworthy contributions for the uplift of yoga in Pakistan.aHe is also the pioneer to combine Hatha Yoga and meditation in his yoga sessions to help people attain healthful body with inner peace. Being trained by the world renowned Yoga gurus, he continues to help people to rediscover themselves in today’s hectic lifestyles. He conducts classes that focus on the hands-on experience, and also the anatomy and benefits of Yogic Practices which helps the practitioners to remain compassionate about their bodies through easy-to-follow innovative techniques combined with simple instructions and essential demonstrations.
He is determined to help people increase stamina and strength, slim and tone their bodies, and slow or even reverse aging through yoga. Rumi unveils the secrets of stillness and movement that enables one to radiate energy and feel an inner luminescence through the body. He dedicatedly facilitates the profound inner relaxation that accompanies fearlessness in his yoga sessions.
