Laila Hardman is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with Sage Yoga and Wellness in Boise, Idaho. She also holds a certification in biomechanics. She specializes in myofascial release in her yoga practice and loves working with all ages and abilities of students to help them make educated choices about poses and how to strengthen and lengthen through asana practice. She is also certified in mat Pilates and has been practicing yoga and Pilates for over 20 years.
Laila is also a dance teacher, choreographer and former professional dancer. In her 30 -year career, Laila has distinguished herself a respected member of the international dance and fitness community. She is known for her contributions in the fields of instructing, choreographing and judging. Her choreography ranges from commercials, televised performances, fashion shows and more and her dancers can be seen on Broadway as well as in music videos, commercials, and on NBA and NFL dance teams.
