Alex (she/her) is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200 RYT), Astrologer, Cycle Educator, and Empowerment Coach on her way to earning an MA in Counselling Psychology.
Alex considers the mat to be a practice arena for life and a space for self-exploration for the mind, body, and soul. She teaches Vinyasa Flow yoga every Thursday both online and in North Bay, ON, Canada.
