After two years of practice, I decided to take the 200 hours yoga teacher training in India. In addition, after a lot of health issues, I decided to look deeper into the nutrition by taking the plant based nutrition certification.

Food became my pills and Yoga became my frame. Since then I promise myself to be the best version of myself to help people to express their fullest potential thanks to what they do (yoga) and what they use as fuel (nutrition)

I am a strong believer that teaching is the best way to give back what I learned and what I am learning every single day !
