I teach active hatha lessons, sometimes mixed with yin poses. My background is in ballet and martial art (Jiu Jitsu), which shows in my lessons and workshops. Next to my regular classes I provided acro yoga and Zen Boxing workshops, to members of yoga studios and company employees.
