Leah began practicing yoga consistently while serving in the United States Military as a method to balance the challenges of working in austere conditions and reconnect with her body. Her work with meditation, creative movement, and restorative yoga saved her life. She believes yoga is such a powerful tool - it can create a space for ease, rejuvenation, and nourishment.
She completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in the summer of 2019 with Twist Yoga in Edmonds Washington.
Her classes often incorporate restorative postures, martial arts, and fluid movement. She loves inviting her students to let loose and feel their own power on the mat!
