I am from the south of France and after living in London for nearly two decades I still have a little French accent.
I have a background in education working with young people and children for ten years, first as a youth worker then as a French teacher and finally as a teacher in a special needs school.
In 2016 I came across mindfulness practise which helped me to take the plunge to train as a yoga teacher. In March 2017 I achieved my 200 yoga teacher training followed by CPD in a post and prenatal yoga, planning with chakra and Ayurvedic diet. I achieved my 300 hours of Hath-Ashtanga training in India, Rishikesh during the summer of 2018. More recently, I extended my skills to teach yoga to young children with disabilities.
I have decided to embark on a new adventure by leaving London and live fully by travelling and teaching yoga whilst still studying naturopathy, raw-plant-based cooking, and business. I have graduated as a Nutritional advisor and I am currently studying naturopathy.
My aim is to work according to students’ body ability and state of mind. During my class, I will go through different breathing technics that have a cleansing purpose and calming effect on the mind and body.
Students will be adjusted physically and orally to have a good alignment when necessary. Mini-workshops are also important to me as I believe that students can also have fun during yoga practice and try new poses to go beyond their comfort zone.
