Abigail Yeates is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Abigail studied Vinyasa yoga in Rishikesh in 2019. Abigail is currently on a Ashtanga teacher training course with Ashtanga Yoga Paris in the South of France with Linda Munro & Gérald Dise and hopes to complete her course at the end of 2020.
