Angela Derecas Taylor is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200hr teacher training with the Birchwood Center for Yoga, where she also completed 40 hour Gentle Yoga teacher training. She also completed a Yoga Life Training at the Integral Yoga Institute in NYC. And has studied Yoga Nidra with Nya Patrinos. Angela is a writer/storyteller and has worked professionally as a chef/caterer/event planner. Recently retired from her day job, Angela now devotes her time to organizing Yoga workshops and retreats on Zoom, locally in the United States and in Italy through Key to the Castle Workshop, LLC the company she cofounded in 2022.
