I am a certified Yoga Teacher with more than 15 years of practice and a Breathing Coach. Mindfulness is an essential part of my teaching, focusing on the moment as a way to achieve balance in life.
CLASSES and WORKSHOPS
On one hand, I love to focus on small and private classes to use my experience for an efficient and holistic growth of students.
On the other hand, I work with my husband Jean-Louis to teach the practical applications of the Yoga techniques rooted on the 8 limbs of Yoga. In our workshops and classes, Vinyasa Flow Yoga is combined with sequences of Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Philosophy to reach a very unique and complete inner realization. Energy work is often associated to our workshops.
We travel together all over the world to teach these fascinating practices.
MORE ABOUT ME
I have been originally trained in France as expert in gemology and worked for several years in this field. This gives me a real expertise on the nature and use of gems and crystals.
After an intensive training, I had later the opportunity, to work as surgical first assistant for 14 years, deepening my understanding of physiology and anatomy.
When I moved to North America, I studied Western and Eastern spirituality. After experiencing very serious health problems, I went back to Yoga and achieved my recovery practicing different styles of Yoga. More than fifteen years after, I became a Registered Yoga Teacher.
