I graduated from 200 Hour YTT in May 2019.
I have been teaching since I graduated in May 2019.
For the most part my students are Senior Ladies.
I teach Functional Yoga.
My focus; a healthy spine, a healthy core and pelvic floor, joint mobility, balance and stability, and gently increasing strength.
My students are willing to try all postures remembering to find their own "strength and ease" in every pose and understanding what they can do rather than what they can't do.
I ask my students to follow any medical advice they may have been given with regards to a yoga class or exercise in general.
Ahimsa; yoga should do no harm.
