Hello! I'm Jill, and I'm a RYT-500 and Yoga for All and Accessible Yoga Certified Instructor based in Kansas City, MO. I've been practicing yoga in various capacities for over 10 years, really committing to my study and practice the last 5 years.
I normally teach out of my small home studio* in the Waldo neighborhood (usually 5 students max per class), but am currently offering classes online. I love to lead flow classes (both chair and mat-based); and they can be gentle or high-energy just based on the day, and I offer variations to bring each practice to your unique body! I also offer Restorative and Yin classes, too. I LOVE practicing with props!
I believe yoga is for anyone who wants to explore it, just as we are right now. We have permission take up space, and we all deserve a safe and welcoming place to move and breathe and just BE -- in our bodies, on our mats, in classes, in the world!
