Anne Lu (ERYT-500, YACEP) is a senior certified yoga teacher, She loves practicing and teaching yoga . She is  INSPYA Asia Yoga Academy Principle teacher and Chief translator. She has 10 years of solid training and Teaching with Lance Schuler, who is originally from New Zealand and considered to be a godfather for modern yoga teachings. Anne also regularly studies overseas in Anatomy, Ayurvedic science, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama, NLP, Plant-based nutrition, Food Psychology, and other related sciences. She studies with yoga masters and anatomy&physiology specialists  in various countries to be able to give her students teachings from a deeper yogic approach. She runs workshops, retreats and trainings across China, Thailand and New Zealand .
