Lisa Warriner is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Lisa is also a certified Trauma Aware Yoga teacher. She also holds certifications in SUP Yoga & Fitness and is a Senior Fitness Specialist Trainer with CPR & AED.
