Trained in Yin Yoga, Vinyasa/Hatha flow yoga, with more than 800hrs, Marie is an endorsed Insight Yoga teacher by Sarah Powers, offering Insight Yoga classes, workshops and retreats  to reconnect body, heart, and mind. 

Certified psychopractitioner in IFS (Internal Family System), Marie integrates Yoga, Mindfulness and psychospiritual therapeutic approach to find authenticity and reconnexion to Soul

Inspired by her mentors, Marie is bringing a holistic approach to Yoga infused by Advaita Vedanta wisdom and her spiritual path integrating, Taoism, Enneagram, Neuroscience to open to Oneness and Boundless Love
