Lower is a Registered, Yoga Teachier with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training, with  a registered Yoga school(s). 

I am an independent practitioner and research brain injury yoga therapy. I teach multiple styles of Yoga and wellness meditation. I work with contract. I as well provide my services on a volunteer basis for those who I feel may benefit form yoga therapy due to financial situation.. 

I am currently considering working within the community as I prefer working one on one or in group settings as opposed to online and the safety limitations it has with concussion clients.
