My personal yoga journey started with the practice mainly of Vinyasa, complemented by Asthanga. My passion for both in-the-mat yoga and out-of-the-mat yoga growth, so I had the opportunity to join the Craft of Teaching yoga Teacher Training, led by Adrienne and Eric Rabena. Not only Craft methodology of Spirit Flow had a strong impact on my sequencing creation, the whole training was rich of several aspects (anatomy, chakras, yoga philosopy, etc.).

This was just the start! The following year I participated in a Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Arely Torres, focused on Yin and Anatomy and Myofascial Release; from that, I followed many workshops also with Jo Phee both on Acuyin, Wall Ying and Yin sequencing.

To complete my profile, I am also (recognized by the Italian State) a certified Pilates instructor (mat and small props), Postural Instructor and Personal Trainer (with all the preparatory courses to that). Up to now, also given the current context of 2020/21, I mainly focused on giving one-to-one lessons, or alternatively distance lessons (during lockdowns).
